Chimes 61 is the proud recipient of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment design) Gold certification, 2013 instituted by the Indian Green Building Council, a part of CII. This is a recognition received for all our efforts towards making Chimes 61 an energy efficient and a sustainable green property. A Gold certification stands for national level excellence and the criteria includes certifying features like site & facility, water efficiency, energy efficiency, health and comfort and innovation.

The magazine – Construction Week – recognises projects, companies and people in the construction space and honours them with awards each year. The Chimes 61 was recognised as the Green Project of the year 2013! Our architect partners – Design Atelier – received this award for creating one of the most energy efficient and sustainable property in all of India.
